Sentiment and righteousness soar high, towering into the azure sky; leaning against the Imperial Capital, songs never cease; ascending Lion Ridge, we praise prosperity. The sures of the Fragrant Harbor are endless.
Facing the Imperial Gate, dreams are set towards future achievements. How can empty space obscure our vision? We should weave brocade to support tmigrating geese, cherishing the pure heart within.

《情與義，髙遠聳蒼穹，背靠帝都歌不歇，登臨獅嶺頌昌隆。香滸賞無窮。》「情與義，髙遠聳蒼穹」：開篇將對祖國的情意比作直聳蒼穹的高山，既寫出情感的厚重深沈，也點出這份情義的崇高與遼闊，與天地同輝。「背靠帝都歌不歇」：「帝都」指代祖國的核心，背靠它就像有了最堅實的依靠，「歌不歇」則描繪出舉國上下歡歌盛世的熱鬧圖景，傳遞出人民生活的安樂與滿足。「登臨獅嶺頌昌隆」：「獅嶺」雄獅般屹立的山嶺，暗指香港的獅子山（象征拼搏精神），站在這樣的高地贊頌祖國的昌盛，視野開闊，情感豪邁。「香滸賞無窮」：「香滸」指諧音（香港），寓意在祖國的大好河山裏，處處都是賞不完的錦繡風光，道不盡的繁榮景象。

"Sentiment and Righteousness, towering high into the azure sky": The opening compares the affection for the motherland tain piercing the sky, depicting the depth and weight of the emotion while highlighting the nobility and vastness of this bond, shining alongside heaven and earth. "Leaning against the Impeial Capital, songs never cease": "Imperial Capital" symbolizes the heart of the motherland; leaning against it signifies having the most solid support. "Songs never cease" portraylively scene of the entire nation singing in celebration of a prosperous era, conveying the peace and contentment of the people's lives. "Ascending Lion Ridge to praise prosperity":"Lion Ridge" refers to the mountain standing like a lion, alluding to Hong Kong's Lion Rock (a symbol of the spirit of striving). Standing on such high ground to praise thmotherland's prosperity offers a broad perspective and a bold sentiment. "Endless scenery in the Fragrant Harbor": "Fragrant Harbor" is a homophone for Hong Kong, i that within the magnificent landscapes of the motherland, there is endless beautiful scenery and inexhaustible prosperity to behold.

"How can empty illusions obscure our vision?": This alludes to Wang Anshi's "Unafraid of flo clouds obscuring the view," indicating that in the face of future challenges and uncertainties, one will not be deceived by illusory appearances but will always maintain a clear mind and fir conviction. "We should weave a brocade to support the soaring geese": "Weaving a brocade" symbolizes building the motherland into a more splendid and prospers place; "soaring geese" refers to wild geese flying far away, often used to metaphorize people with lofty aspirations or messengers of hope. The whole sentence expresses the desirto achieve a prosperous era through hard work, carrying ideals and hope to soar into the distance. "With the grace of a pure heart": Concluding by returning to the original hearte motherland's grace nourishes the hearts of every individual. 〖施學概詩歌獎基金會創始人〗
施學概，男，中國籍，出生於福建晉江龍湖，集美中學畢業後畢業於福建師範學院中文系，香港企業家、詩人、中華海外聯誼會理事，施學概詩歌獎基金會創始人 。施學概1962年移居香港，1979年創辦綜達有限公司，取得日本三菱重工特約經銷權，並總代理意大利品牌家電。1996年在香港發起『詩詞創作迎回歸』大賽，出版獲獎作品集《回歸詩詞百首》1997冊；2017年香港回歸20周年時主編並出版《回歸詩詞百首新編》2017冊。2021年創作《望江南·黨慶百年頌》100首，其中10首抒寫香港主題 。施學概作為香港詩詞學會聯合主辦方，在國慶文藝晚會致辭中主張傳承中華優秀傳統文化，講好中國故事，發揮『超級聯絡人』作用 。獲廈門市政府授予榮譽市民稱號。
Mr. Shixue Gui, male, Chinese nationality, was born in Longhu, Jinjiang, Fujian. After graduating fromimei Middle School, he graduated from the Department of Chinese Language of Fujian Normal University. He is a Hong Kong entrepreneur, poet, and a council member of the Chinese Oas Federation. He is also the founder of the Shixue Gui Poetry Award Foundation. In 1962, Mr. Shixue Gui migrated to Hong and founded Comdax Limited in 1979, obtaining the exclusive sales right from Japanese Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and acting as the general agent for Italian brand household appliances. 1996, he initiated the "Poetry Creation to Welcome the Return" competition in Hong Kong and published the award-winning collection of works "100 Po of Return"; in 1997, on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of Hong Kong's return, he edited and published "100ems of Return (New Edition)". In 2021, he created "100 Songs of the Party's Centennial Celebration", 10 of express the theme of Hong Kong. As the co-organizer of the Hong Kong Poetry Society, Mr. Shixue Gui advocated in his speech at the National Day cultural artistic evening to inherit the excellent traditional Chinese culture, tell China's story well, and play the role of a "super connector". He was awarded the title of Honorary by the Xiamen Municipal Government.
