〖施學概詩歌獎基金會創始人〗 施學概，男，中國籍，出生於福建晉江龍湖，集美中學畢業後畢業於福建師範學院中文系，香港企業家、詩人、中華海外聯誼會理事，施學概詩歌獎基金會創始人 。施學概1962年移居香港，1979年創辦綜達有限公司，取得日本三菱重工特約經銷權，並總代理意大利品牌家電。1996年在香港發起『詩詞創作迎回歸』大賽，出版獲獎作品集《回歸詩詞百首》1997冊；2017年香港回歸20周年時主編並出版《回歸詩詞百首新編》2017冊。2021年創作《望江南·黨慶百年頌》100首，其中10首抒寫香港主題 。施學概作為香港詩詞學會聯合主辦方，在國慶文藝晚會致辭中主張傳承中華優秀傳統文化，講好中國故事，發揮『超級聯絡人』作用 。獲廈門市政府授予榮譽市民稱號。 
Mr. Shixue Gui, male, Chinese nationality, was born in Longhu, Jinjiang, Fujian. After graduating fromimei Middle School, he graduated from the Department of Chinese Language of Fujian Normal University. He is a Hong Kong entrepreneur, poet, and a council member of the Chinese Oas Federation. He is also the founder of the Shixue Gui Poetry Award Foundation. In 1962, Mr. Shixue Gui migrated to Hong and founded Comdax Limited in 1979, obtaining the exclusive sales right from Japanese Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and acting as the general agent for Italian brand household appliances. 1996, he initiated the "Poetry Creation to Welcome the Return" competition in Hong Kong and published the award-winning collection of works "100 Po of Return"; in 1997, on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of Hong Kong's return, he edited and published "100ems of Return (New Edition)". In 2021, he created "100 Songs of the Party's Centennial Celebration", 10 of express the theme of Hong Kong. As the co-organizer of the Hong Kong Poetry Society, Mr. Shixue Gui advocated in his speech at the National Day cultural artistic evening to inherit the excellent traditional Chinese culture, tell China's story well, and play the role of a "super connector". He was awarded the title of Honorary by the Xiamen Municipal Government.

《時辰巧，昼夜共均勻》描述时间巧妙安排，昼夜长短均衡（指春分），体现自然规律的和谐。 《煙雨新痕生萬物，雪梅清氣綉千春》通过"烟雨新生"和"雪梅清气"的对比意象，表现四季更迭中万物复苏（春雨）与高洁品格（冬梅）共同编织永恒春光。 《浮世斷囂塵》超脱尘世喧嚣，传达出世情怀。 《無窮趣，調合與誰分》 感叹自然妙趣无穷，但这份和谐（指阴阳调和）难觅知音共赏。 《對語不知幽鳥意，忘言真見聖人恩》用"幽鸟不解"反衬"忘言"境界，暗引庄子思想，表达真正的领悟超越语言，体现道家天人合一的哲思。 《龍喚起耕耘》以"龙唤耕"的意象收尾，既指春耕的自然时序，也隐喻德行感召（龙为圣象），赋予哲理以实践意义。 "The Clever Timing, Day and Night Equally Balanced" describes the ingenious arrangement of time with equal day and night lengths (referring to thrnal Equinox), embodying the harmony of natural laws. "The Traces of Mist and Rain Give Birth to All Things, the Pure Breath of Snow and Plum Embroiders a Thousand Springs" uses the contrasting imagery of "mist and rain" and "snow and plum" to depict the revival of all things (spring rain) and noble character (winter the changing seasons, weaving together an eternal spring. "Breaking Free from the World's Dust" transcends the noise of the mundane world, conveying a reclusive sentiment. Endless Fun, Harmony Shared with Whom?" laments the infinite wonders of nature, yet notes that this harmony (referring to the balance of Yin and Yang) is hard tond a kindred spirit to appreciate. "Speaking, One Does Not Know the Meaning of the Secluded Bird; Forgetting Words, One Truly Sees the Grace of the Sage" uses contrast of the "secluded bird's incomprehension" to highlight the "forgetting words" realm, subtly referencing Zhuangzi's philosophy to express that true understanding transcenuage, embodying the Daoist philosophy of the unity of Heaven and Man. "Dragon Awakens the Cultivation" concludes with the imagery of the "dragon calling for cultivation," refer both to the natural timing of spring plowing and metaphorically to the summoning of virtue (the dragon as a sacred symbol), endowing philosophy with practical s
