A person with moral will choose an environment away from noise and disputes to maintain inner tranquility and indifference. "Have a good heart" means that the heart is as deep and quiet as an ab. A moral person has a calm heart, is not disturbed by the outside world, and can maintain a clear mind and stable emotions, not being dominated by emotions. "Associ with good people" means that "with" refers to communication and giving, and "benevolence" is an important virtue emphasized by Confucianism and Taoism referring to benevolence and kindness.
